ABOUT
DYLAN

My name is Dylan O’Connor. I have spent my whole life playing and competing in competitive sports and developed a strong passion for health,fitness and helping others with their health and fitness goals. I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer and have worked in the Fitness Industry for almost 10 years. I have played semi professional rugby league and fully understand the hard work and commitment that is required to compete at the highest levels.

I have been a fitness coach for a number of junior athletes guiding them in Strength and Conditioning in sports such as Tennis, Hockey, Rugby League, Rugby Union and Sprinting for over 5 years with my main goal to take their sporting careers to the next level.

I started the Sydney Junior Sports Performance group due to my own personal development and experience in my sporting career in this particular age category. I am working towards trying to close the gap in terms of development and teaching junior athletes the basics and fundamentals that are essential in professional sport.

Helping Junior Athlete's bridge any gap in their fitness, strength and conditioning,speed and agility and overall performance will give them a competitive advantage. As junior athletes their bodies grow and change at a rapid pace and their risk of injury is much higher, so putting a strong emphasis on Strengthening their body, practicing correct recovery/stretching protocols etc will add a lot of value to your children's development and growth as athletes and improve their chances of making it to the highest level in their chosen sport.

Our Training Guidelines

Attire and Equipment

Please arrive at each session wearing appropriate training attire. Additionally, bring a water bottle and towel for your comfort and hydration during training.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your training session. We kindly request that you provide at least 12 hours' notice if you need to cancel for any reason.

Communication

Your well-being is our top priority. If you're feeling unwell or have sustained an injury, please let us know before starting the training session. Open communication ensures that we can adapt the training program to best suit your needs and
ensure your safety.
